How
does it get transcribed ?
If
you are using a hand-held recording device, the following steps are
followed

Connect
the hand-held device to a PC and upload the voice file to the PC

The
voice file is then transferred to the delonix server using a secure
ftp software

The
voice file is accessed by a medical transcriptionist and a transcribed
file created

The
transcribed file is evaluated by a QA specialist to ensure
highest-quality
-
The
file is encrypted and protected by password
-
This
file becomes available to the customer for download over secure ftp
within 24 hours!!
If
you are using a telephone,

Call
Delonix toll-free number (1-866-578-4357) and perform the dictation

Our
server creates a voice file and transfers it securely
-
Steps
3 to 6 are same as above !!
Does
Delonix have printing facilities ?
Yes
... we do provide printing services. However, the lead time increases
depending on the place of delivery of the papers.
